Nanomanufacturing: Working Smarter to Get Smaller
Industrial and manufacturing engineering professor Brian Paul is part of an OSU team leading the nation in development of tiny “nanofactories,” where microchannels no larger than a human hair enable production of nanomaterials to exact specifications in a highly controlled environment. This technology could revolutionize the way nanomaterials are produced and distributed.

Since California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger recently expressed interest in an on-board wireless mileage-counting technology for automobiles that's being developed by OSU Engineering professors David Kim and David Porter, reporters from National Public Radio, California television and radio stations, and other places have descended on OSU to report on the technology.
